自動車排ガス浄化触媒システムの一部として，ゼオライトの特性が必要不可欠な部分を追究してきた筆者らの研究を概説する。

The research by the author on catalytic purification system for automobile exhaust is reviewed in this manuscript, and the critical role of zeolites in the system is discussed from the personal point of view.
